Charlotte advises clients on a broad range of contentious matters, with particular experience in commercial, corporate and civil litigation, and insolvency and regulatory disputes.
Experience
Since joining Collas Crill, she has worked on a wide range of high-value commercial disputes, often with cross-border aspects. She has advised individuals, officeholders and corporate service providers in relation to complex matters of Jersey law and has assisted with drafting pleadings and witness statements.
Background
Charlotte began her legal career at a local firm in Jersey, where she worked as a legal assistant supporting across a range of litigation matters and with both civil and criminal trials, before completing her training contract with seats in dispute resolution and family law.
During this time, she gained experience across a wide range of contentious matters including personal injury, clinical negligence and property disputes, which developed her ability to manage complex cases and provide clear, practical advice.
Charlotte completed her Master's degree, LLB and LPC at Northumbria University, and was admitted as an England and Wales Solicitor in August 2024.
