Alex is a senior associate in the Corporate, Finance and Funds team of Collas Crill's Guernsey office. His practice is primarily focused on the areas of banking & finance, investment funds and corporate advisory.

His banking and finance clients include major banking institutions and well established private equity and property funds. He is experienced in representing both borrowers and lenders on high value multi-jurisdictional transactions, including funds finance, real estate finance, leverage & acquisition financing, infrastructure & utilities lending and asset financing transactions.

Alex regularly advises on the establishment of and the ongoing regulation of open and closed ended investment funds. He is also experienced with complex multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions and client restructurings.

Alex joined Collas Crill in 2006 and is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.

We have particular expertise acting for emerging managers who are building their business and acting for institutional investors, including acting for private equity funds and sovereign wealth funds on joint venture and fund investments, as well as planning their internal corporate structures.
