Jamie joined Collas Crill in 2021 as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Jersey where he is involved in a broad range of litigation matters.


Jamie trained exclusively in litigation at a leading Scottish firm where he advised on a variety of disputes, including insolvency matters, director disputes and contract disputes. He also advised several large banks and creditors on enforcement action and other matters including asset recovery. Jamie appeared regularly in the Sheriff Courts in Scotland on behalf of clients.

Prior to joining Collas Crill Jamie worked for a top tier Scottish firm and continued to represent large international clients on a variety of transactional and litigation matters. Jamie also has experience representing clients in the UK Employment Tribunals.

Jamie qualified in 2018 and is a member of the Law Society of Scotland.
