Sophia is an Associate within the International Private Client and Trusts team. She undertakes a range of both contentious and non-contentious private client instructions, advises parties to a trust throughout its life cycle, assists with semi-contentious and contentious trust disputes and assists with succession planning and restructuring for a variety for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals.
Sophia rotated around all departments at Collas Crill during her two year training contract and gained experience in Corporate, Funds and Finance, Dispute Resolution and International Private Client and Trusts, the team she qualified into.
Sophia initially joined Collas Crill as a paralegal in the Corporate, Finance and Funds team in 2019 before undertaking her training contract with the firm and qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales in September 2022.
Prior to qualifying, Sophia studied Law at Liverpool John Moores University in 2015, where she obtained a 2:1, and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Court in 2018 at BPP University in London.
