Overview

Adrian is a Guernsey advocate who joined Collas Crill in January 2021 as partner in the International Private Client and Trusts team.

Adrian has over thirty years experience as a family law practitioner. He specialises in all areas of family law relating to divorce, children and finances.

Experience

Adrian attended Bradfield Comprehensive School in Sheffield and later graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law from Manchester University. Following qualification as a solicitor in 1987, Adrian spent ten years in Macclesfield as a partner at SAS Daniels followed by a further three years as Head of Family Law Department at Graysons in Sheffield.

Adrian qualified as a Guernsey advocate in 2004. He was previously Head of the Family Law Department at Mourant before setting up Browns in 2012.

Adrian is currently Chair of the Guernsey Family Bar Association. He is a trained collaborative lawyer, mediator, family arbitrator, member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and Resolution and adjunct professor for the Family Law module of the Guernsey Bar Examinations.

Background

Adrian is President of Sylvans Sports Club and is a keen mountain biker, offshore rower and Sheffield Wednesday fan.
